My leadership philosophy is based on the belief that every Eagle at Paul R. Smith Middle School should receive an enriched education designed to promote mutual respect, professionalism, and innovative learning techniques. I support all teams by leading by eample, and it is my pleasure to do whatever is necessary to assist all stakeholders. I believe that great leaders value the importance of building positive relationships and communicating the worth of their people by celebrating their accomplishments, guiding them towards their goals and supporting them when they are in need. It is truly and honor to be the Principal of this school! I look forward to us working together as we support the education of our students to ensure they are prepared for college, career, and life.
